48. 2011 UK Census
In other news, some appropriate things to do in the census with regards to the “Sex: male or female” question are to add extra tick boxes labelled things like “sometimes” and “yes please”. Or you can do what my good pal Mattie did: (This is what I did.)

![Mattie Genius Census cropped Census text reads "What is this person's sex? Male [tick box] Female [tick box]." Mattie has added two new tick boxes labelled Intergender and Other, and ticked them. She's also written "N/A - test my chromosomes or stop asking daft questions."](http://www.polyinpictures.com/wp-content/uploads/Mattie-Genius-Census-cropped-300x62.jpg)

I’m hoping the answer to the blank question is “Room 348, Canary Worf, London. 17:38 August 12th 1988.” I hope I’m right. I want to know what I won.
If you do it online your options are kinda limited on answers. I got stuck on ‘How many people usually live in your house?’ because people move in and out a lot. I wanted to put ‘between 2 and 5’ but it was all like GRRRR! On the whole not a good survey, the gender question being just one of the examples where there are more possibilites than the options provided.
I think I’d have written in “Awesome” for my gender.
